Jarrod has a passion for fostering partnerships with clients, and takes the time to understand his client’s motivations and goals in order to provide them with tailored advice to help them build and protect their wealth.

Jarrod strives to stay at the forefront of accounting practice through championing innovation, and this dedication saw him awarded Innovative Partner of the Year in the 2019 Xero Awards.

He also developed the ‘At Risk, At Wealth’ concept which offers clients tailored and highly effective wealth creation and preservation strategies. His passion for helping clients to improve their performance through sound financial management led to the development of WealthStart and Australian Medical Benchmarks, which are all aimed to assist medical professionals and practices reach their financial, business and investment goals sooner.

With a niche focus of working with medical practitioners, Jarrod’s expertise has enabled him to guide many of his clients from the initial stages of wealth creation as doctors in training, right through to wealth protection, planning and retirement strategies.

Jarrod is an inspiring presenter, regularly speaking at events for a range of organisations including the Australian Medical Association (NSW), Australian Society of Ophthalmologists and the Australian Association of Practice Management, and a regular contributor to a leading medical industry magazine, NSW Doctor.

Shane joined Cutcher & Neale in January 2005 and became a Partner in July 2012. He works within our medical and dental divisions and has a particular interest in self managed superannuation for our medical and dental client base.                                              

Shane is a noted presenter and commentator, regularly speaking at events for a range of industry organisations including the Australian Dental Association (ADA), Australian Medical Association (AMA (NSW), the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM), and the SMSF Association.                                                            

He has extensive experience with medical and dental professionals and has assisted many practitioners in planning and structuring their businesses, improving their financial performance and structuring for business succession.

Jace has always been driven to provide tailored and insightful advice to his clients, seeing him become an integral party in achieving their personal and business goals.         

Jace joined the firm in 2005 and has over 20 years' experience in the taxation and business services field. By immersing himself within the industry, he has developed a deep understanding of the financial and operational issues that face businesses and as a result provides tailored solutions to bring the best possible outcome to his clients.

Jace takes a holistic approach, allowing him to plan for all aspects of his clients personal finances including their practice / business, investments and superannuation.

Amber prides herself on taking the time to understand the individual needs and objectives of each and all of her clients, and believes in building long-term client partnerships. She takes a personalised approach in helping her clients grow their businesses and reach their financial goals.

Amber joined Cutcher & Neale in 2003, and has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and financial services. This experience has allowed her to gain a deep understanding of all matters relating to tax, superannuation and finance matters which enables her to be a trusted financial confidante for her clients.

Megan is a Partner in Cutcher & Neale’s Specialist Medical Service Division.

With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, she is well versed in all matters relating to tax, with extensive experience advising our Medical Professionals. 

Megan thrives on fostering close partnerships with her clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.

Her dedication lies in ensuring her clients feel empowered and reassured as they navigate the complexities of their taxation and business matters.

Cameron joined Cutcher & Neale in 2012, after four years’ experience at another local Chartered Accounting firm.

Cameron is a Partner in our Specialist Medical division and has key expertise as a Medical Taxation and Practice advisor. Cameron is well versed in assisting clients through Budgeting, Wealth Creation, Business reporting and KPI development, Automation of Reporting and processes, Practice acquisition and growth strategies.

Cameron is passionate about ensuring his clients consider him a trusted advisor. He is also focused on automation and ensuring his clients use real time data to make informed decisions.

Jodie is a Partner in our Specialist Medical Services Division. She is well experienced in all matters relating to tax with extensive experience advising our Medical Professionals.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Jodie enjoys building close relationships with her clients and feels a vested interest in helping to achieve their goals. Jodie is passionate about ensuring her clients feel supported and educated in all matters taxation and business.
