July 2020
We have celebrated the new financial year by appointing two new Partners to our leadership team. Congratulations to Amber Ling and Wade Johnson.
Amber Ling joined Cutcher & Neale in 2003 as an accountant based on the firm’s excellent reputation and completed her chartered accountant qualification after joining the Cutcher & Neale team. She progressed within the firm as a Client Manager and then as an Associate of the Small to Medium Enterprise division. Amber said she is proud to join the partnership of a progressive, driven and supportive firm.
“At Cutcher & Neale, we’re always focussed at being the best we can be, in both client strategy and internally for our employees.”
“Working with our clients to achieve their financial goals is an absolute privilege, and I am proud to continue that relationship as a Partner of the firm.”
Wade Johnson joined the Investment Services division in 2014 and was appointed Associate in 2018. Wade said his decision to join the partnership of a dynamic and forward-thinking financial services firm was easy.
“The firm works exceptionally hard to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. The investment services team continues to deliver superior returns for clients via our direct equity investment portfolios, giving clients transparency, flexibility and access to a broad range of global share markets, as well as private equity and commercial property investment opportunities.”
“I’m excited to be part of the leadership team and bring some fresh perspectives to the investment services division, and the broader firm.”
Col Cutcher and Geof Neale started our award-winning accountancy firm and Geof’s son, Ian Neale, is one of the ten partners in the firm today.
Cutcher & Neale is Australia’s second largest regional accounting firm, and has been servicing clients in Newcastle for over 65 years.
