Join our team as a Personal Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Partners by expertly managing their schedules and ensuring their days run seamlessly.

You'll be part of our large Support team, thriving and collaborating to achieve great results for our people and for our clients. You’d be a great fit if you have a drive to be precise in your work, but are also agile and adaptable when something unexpected pops up, and your office experience means you’re a great problem solver who finds satisfaction in identifying opportunities for improvement and overcoming challenges!

 

What will you do?

  • Diary and Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain Partners' calendars, arranging appointments, and meetings, to optimise their time.
  • Task Prioritisation and Organisation: Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and ensure tasks and deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Communication Management: Act as a point of contact for clients, handling correspondence, emails, and calls with discretion and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

 

What do you bring?

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong experience with a wide variety of software and technology 

 

Advantageous criteria but not essential:

  • Experience in an Accounting practice or other professional services environment will be highly regarded
