Meet our Medical Practice Advisor

Our Medical Practice Advisor, Debra Smith, can provide advice in all areas of practice management including the startup of new practices, practice expansion, and ongoing management of existing businesses in general medical, allied health and specialist practices.

With a background in nursing Debra has a long history in the delivery of practice management services having worked in the industry for over 20 years and running her own consultancy business for over 15 years.

Debra’s strengths lie in helping practices increase revenue, increase productivity and improve efficiency by working with the team to apply ‘best practice’ principles.

She is a Fellow and CPM of AAPM, has a Diploma in Practice Management, is a JP and an accreditation surveyor. She is currently undertaking the Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. She is also an AAPM ambassador and mentor and has served at both a state and national level with AAPM.
