Our Administrators are a key part of our firm, providing support to our expert teams. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and dedication to excellent client service.

What will you do?

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required
  • Maintain client information and ensuring accuracy in our databases
  • Liaise with the ATO regarding client correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation and handling of client documents
  • Answer incoming calls for the team
  • Maintain clear communication lines between relevant parties to ensure deadlines and requests are met 

 

What do you bring?

  • Ability to liaise and build rapport and relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative to complete tasks autonomously and also work as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail 
  • Willingness to learn and develop professional skills 

 

Advantageous criteria but not essential:

  • Experience working in an office environment, Accounting practice experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills
  • Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent)
